Forged Monoblock
From solid blanks of forged aluminum we engineer and create the lightest, best performing, and strongest wheel that can possibly be made for your car. Most instances they surpass OEM wheels in all aspects and also allows us to improve vehicle specification.
Available in 15", 16", 17", 18", 19", 20", 21", 22", 23" and 24" inch diameters, different width combinations for staggered set up where applicable and wide range of offsets to fit most applications.
We make our wheels compatible with all original hardware, such as wheel bolts, lug nuts, Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) and even original center caps will work with your new set of wheels if desired. See more in our OEM+ Range.
Manufacturing process
Creating forged wheels from a drawing to a finished product involves several steps, each requiring careful attention to detail and precision. Those are some of key steps below:
The process begins with gathering the requirements from the client. This involves understanding the wheel specifications and intended use such as size, design, load capacity, weight, and aesthetic preferences.
Using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, a 2D and 3D model of the wheel is created based on the specifications. Engineers focus on optimizing the design for both aesthetics, structural integrity and strength.
Then CAD model undergoes simulation via FEA to predict how the wheel will perform under stress, heat, and other conditions. This ensures the design is strong enough and meets safety standards.
Once the design and drawings are approved by client the rough forged wheel undergoes precision machining and milling using CNC machines. This step shapes the wheel’s spokes, backspace, rim, center bore, and bolt holes and brings it closer to finished product.
The wheel is sanded and polished to remove any machining marks to smooth the surface. This step also prepares the wheel for final finish and color application.
A layers of powdered paint is applied to the wheel and baked in an oven, creating a hard, durable finish as per customer’s selected color.
The wheel undergoes number of quality control measures, it is checked for accuracy in terms of size, shape, and alignment to the original CAD drawing as well as visually inspected for any defects, dents, or surface imperfections.
Finally some post production photos can be made for customer, and its ready to be packaged and shipped.
