At WheelDealer, we offer FREE shipping Australia-wide on eligible orders.

Delivery Information

Large items such as alloy wheels, tyres and other bulky accessories must be delivered to a physical street address where someone is available to sign for the shipment.

Smaller items are generally shipped via Australia Post and may be delivered to a PO Box if preferred.

We do not dropship from overseas. All products are stocked in Australia and dispatched from our Melbourne or Sydney distribution centres.

Most in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day after full payment has been received.

Please note that custom wheels are ordered specifically for each customer to ensure the correct fitment for your vehicle. Custom orders may require additional processing time, and we will advise you if this applies.

Delivery Timeframe

Our standard delivery timeframe, including order handling and transit, is 2–6 business days for most metropolitan areas across Australia.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier schedules, public holidays, weather conditions, and custom wheel orders.

Regional and remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Free Shipping Areas

Free shipping is available to metro areas of Australia's major capital cities.

If you are unsure whether your location qualifies for free delivery, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm that your address is within our courier network.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.

When your delivery arrives, we recommend carefully inspecting all items before signing for the shipment as being received in good condition.

Please note that freight companies have strict time limits for reporting transit damage or missing items, so any issues should be reported immediately.

8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

To help ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend providing your mobile phone number when placing your order. This allows us to send tracking notifications and enables the courier to contact you if required.

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated 2–6 business day timeframe, occasional delays outside our control may occur.
