All large item, such as Wheels, Tyres, and Bulky Accessories must be addressed to street delivery address, and some one will need to sign for delivery of goods. Small items usually shipped via Australia Post and can be sent to PO Box if desired.
We don't drop ship from overseas, all our products are located in Australia. All goods are shipped from our Melbourne or Sydney distribution centre, once they been paid in full. With exception of custom wheels due to variety of applications and options they are ordered case by case to perfectly fit your vehicle direct from suppliers.
We use reputable carriers such as StarTrack, Toll, Australia Post and Courier Services.
All shipments come with tracking number and insurance against damages or losses during transit.
Customers are strongly advised to monitor their own deliveries and to check if the deliveries are received in good condition, as there are time frames on transit damage or loss claims. And you always should inspect your delivery prior to signing "received in good condition".
All deliveries are done during standard business hours between 8:30am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. We also advice to note down your day time phone number on your order in case we or courier needs to contact you about delivery.
We always aim to deliver within time frame provided, but we cannot be accountable for unforeseen delays and please note that if you haven't received your goods within 10 working days, please contact us.
