Delivery Details

For large items such as wheels, tyres, and bulky accessories, shipments must be sent to a street address where someone will be available to sign for the delivery. Smaller items are typically shipped via Australia Post and can be sent to a PO Box if preferred.

We do not drop ship from overseas; all our products are stored and shipped from Australia. Orders are dispatched from our Melbourne or Sydney distribution centers once full payment has been received. Please note that custom wheels are ordered on a case-by-case basis to ensure a perfect fit for your vehicle.

We partner with reputable carriers such as Direct Freight, Toll, and Australia Post to ensure safe and timely delivery. All shipments include a tracking number and are insured against damage or loss during transit.

Delivery Tracking

Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipments and verify that all items are received in good condition. It is essential to inspect your delivery before signing for it as “received in good condition.” Please be aware that there are specific time frames for transit damage or loss claims.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries occur during standard business hours, Monday to Friday, between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM. We strongly recommend providing your mobile phone number on your order so that we can send you tracking notification and the courier can contact you regarding delivery.

While we strive to meet the expected delivery timeframe, unforeseen delays may occur. If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please reach out to us for assistance.
